Second place in international competition

Choir "Evmolpeya" (Plovdiv), founded and directed by Dr. Rada Slavinska, who was adopted for the corresponding member of BASA in April 2017, won second place in the prestigious international competition for children and youth work carried out in the town of Yekaterinburg - Russia from April 24 to 29, 2017.

This is the first Bulgarian choir participating in this forum. 37 ensembles from 16 countries that participated were judged by a 15-member multinational jury of world-renowned names in the arts. The winning second place is another recognition for the high level of the Bulgarian choir-singing school.
